Refund Policy

We sell custom print-on-demand products (t-shirts, mugs, tote bags, stickers) through Printify. Our refund policy follows industry-standard practices for print-on-demand.

1. Manufacturing defects

If your product arrives with a printing defect, stains, color that differs significantly from the approved design, transit damage, or any defect attributable to Printify or the manufacturer, you are entitled to a full refund or free replacement. Report the issue within 30 days of delivery by sending clear photos of the defect to support [at] humandonor [dot] org.

2. Change of mind

Our products are personalized and printed on demand. For this reason, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size (please check our sizing guide before ordering), or slight color differences from your screen. If your order has not entered production (typically within 2 hours of payment), we can cancel and refund. After that point, it is already in production and not eligible.

3. Undelivered orders

If your order does not arrive within 45 days of payment confirmation, we refund 100% of the product value. Typical delivery time is 7-14 days for the US, 14-30 days for the rest of the world.

4. Wrong address

If you provided an incorrect address and the package has already shipped, we cannot refund. If it has not yet shipped and you contact us within 2 hours, we can correct the address. Once Printify produces the order, it is not possible to redirect it.

5. How to request a refund

Email support [at] humandonor [dot] org with: (a) order number, (b) description of the issue, (c) photos if applicable, (d) your payment method. We process approved refunds within 5 business days. Funds may take 5-10 additional business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment method.

6. Who processes the refund

Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle is the entity that charges and refunds. Human Donor facilitates communication between you and Paddle/Printify but the actual money movement is done by Paddle.

7. Chargeback disputes

If you initiate a chargeback directly with your bank without contacting us first, we may suspend your account and refuse future orders. Always email us first — most issues are resolved within 24 hours.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The last updated date is shown at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site's homepage.
